Ombud Service Act (CSOS Act): We rely on documentation that property owners
are legally entitled to access, such as financial statements, rules, minutes, and
maintenance plans.• Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA): We treat all client and scheme
related data with the highest level of confidentiality and only use the information
necessary to complete our reports. We act as a service provider to the property
owner and do not disclose personal information to third parties.• Property Practitioners Act (PPA): We do not act as estate agents or offer property
valuations. Our role is purely to assist buyers and owners in understanding the
financial and legal condition of community schemes before they commit to
ownership.This approach ensures that our services are ethical, transparent, and aligned with the
needs of both buyers and the broader community scheme environment.
